What You'll Bring:
- Board Certification in Trauma Surgery (BC required)
- Active South Carolina State License (or eligible to obtain)
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS
- Strong clinical skills with experience in trauma and acute care settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- Clean background and liability clearance
Preferred Skills & Additional Experience:
- Experience in pediatric trauma care (a plus)
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work 7-day rotating shifts (7 on / 7 off schedule preferred)
- Experience in adult trauma transfer protocols
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Previous trauma or emergency department experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure (preferably without delay)
- Ability to work 11-hour day shifts, with schedule from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Compliance with all credentialing and privileging requirements within 60-120 days
- Travel and reimbursement eligible for applicable requirements
