Position Highlights

As a Pediatrician with Zarminali Pediatrics, you will:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Monitor developmental milestones and preventive health needs
• Educate and support families throughout all stages of childhood
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APCs, and support staff
• Maintain high-quality documentation and patient care standards

What Were Looking For

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• Active Washington, DC medical license
• Active DEA license
• 2-3+ years of pediatric practice experience preferred
• BLS/ACLS Certification required

Zarminali Pediatrics offers a competitive, market-based compensation package designed to recognize experience, skills, and clinical impact.

• Estimated total compensation range: $195,000 - $247,000
• Compensation is based on:
• Geographic location and market conditions
• Years of experience and training
• Scope of responsibilities
• Internal equity and qualifications
• Additional productivity and performance-based bonus opportunities may be available
