Required Skills

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license in good standing
• Proven experience in pediatrics or related pediatric care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored to children and their families
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills

• Bilingual abilities or proficiency in additional languages
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Board certification in pediatrics
• Knowledge of current pediatric care guidelines and practices

Preferred Education and Experience

• Completion of a pediatric residency program
• Prior experience in outpatient pediatric clinics or hospital settings
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant pediatric practice desired

Other Requirements

• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; part-time options available
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant licenses and certifications
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Travel reimbursement and certification support available when applicable
