What You'll Bring:

• Strong clinical skills with prior experience in Emergency Department or urgent care settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital environments and patient acuity levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver high-quality care under pressure
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) from an accredited program and current licensure

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in multi-site healthcare facilities
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program
• A minimum of 2 years of emergency or urgent care experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability for night shifts (10 p.m. – 8 a.m.) at Southwood location
• Availability for day shifts (1 p.m. – 11 p.m., 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., or 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.) at Gwinnett location
• Must be a local candidate, authorized to work in the vicinity
• Valid licenses and certifications current and in good standing
• Willingness to travel or receive reimbursements when applicable
