Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience treating both adults and pediatrics (6 months+)
• Proficiency in electronic medical records, specifically Epic
• Board certification in your respective field (NP or PA boards)
• Valid NC DEA license and BLS certification
• Strong soft skills and excellent patient communication
• Ability to work independently as the sole provider in a busy urgent care environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience performing minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations
• Previous experience working in high-volume clinical settings
• Familiarity with multiple patient care sites within a 60-mile radius

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Board-certified NP or PA with NCCPA or appropriate board certification
• Proven track record in urgent or emergency medicine environments

Other Requirements:

• Local candidates only—must reside within 60 miles of Lumberton, NC
• Ability to commit to full-time hours and consistent coverage needs
• Willingness to participate in mandatory EMR training and onboarding processes
• Must pass a clinical screening as part of the interview process
