• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts
• 8 - 14 patients per shift
• 14-bed ICU plus 12-bed CTU setting
• Intubation and central line placement required
• ATLS and critical care certification required
• Board certification in specialty required
• Ongoing coverage with 1 - 2 weeks per month frequency
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
