Required Skills:

• Demonstrated independent ability in EVH/vein harvesting
• Experience assisting with CABG, valve repair/replacement, sternotomy closure
• Proficiency in critical care management within CV ICU settings
• Skills in pre- and post-operative patient care
• Ability to perform arterial and venous sheath placements, chest tube placements, and central venous line insertions
• Experience with Impella devices and endoscopic radial artery harvesting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Exposure to SFA procedures and endoscopic vein harvesting techniques
• Familiarity with advanced cardiovascular interventions and device management
• Prior experience in a high-volume cardiac surgical center

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid Physician Assistant license and certification
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cardiovascular or thoracic surgical settings
• Prior hands-on experience with open heart surgeries and critical care management

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel to various hospital locations when necessary
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to all relevant compliance standards
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS
