Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid surgical license in the relevant state
• Proven experience in general surgery procedures and practices
• Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, protocols, and patient safety standards
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Board certification in General Surgery or equivalent specialty certifications
• Experience with minimally invasive or laparoscopic surgery
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of a surgical residency program
• Minimum of 2-3 years of post-residency clinical experience in general surgery

• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training
• Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements
