We’re adding an Emergency Medicine Medical Director to our team at UVA Culpeper Medical Center in Culpeper, Virginia.

Practice Highlights:

• Medical Director leadership opportunity within an established emergency medicine program
• Level III Trauma Center
• ED Volume: 50,000
• 23-bed Emergency Department
• 40 hours of physician coverage daily
• APP coverage daily
• EMR: Epic

What your leadership role will look like:

You’ll work closely with physician teams, hospital leadership, and operational partners to support department performance, physician engagement, and high-quality patient care. This role combines clinical emergency medicine practice with leadership responsibilities focused on maintaining efficient workflows, strengthening team culture, and supporting long-term departmental success within a collaborative community hospital environment.
