Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
• Maintain surgical volume with access to state-of-the-art operating rooms
• Engage in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
• Support a birth center with VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
• Serve as physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers
• Practice evidence-based OB/GYN care in a state with strong reproductive rights protection
• Participate in a stable, low-turnover practice environment

What You Need:

• Medical license to practice in Vermont or eligibility to acquire one
• Preferably, OB/GYN experience (specific years of experience not specified but candidates with relevant background encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-centered setting

This position is based at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in a respected Four Seasons OB/GYN practice.
