Pay & Benefits: - Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually, based on experience

What You’ll Do: - Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
- Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and midwives
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures
- Maintain surgical volume with access to state-of-the-art operating rooms
- Engage in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgeries
- Support a birth center with VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services
- Serve as physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveries
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers
- Practice evidence-based OB/GYN care in a state with strong reproductive rights protection
- Participate in a stable, low-turnover practice environment
What You Need: - Medical license to practice in Vermont or eligibility to acquire one
- Preferably, OB/GYN experience (specific years of experience not specified but candidates with relevant background encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-centered setting
About the Assignment:This position is based at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in a respected Four Seasons OB/GYN practice.
