• Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 annually (pay details discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist urology surgeons with diagnosis and treatment of conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in office-based procedures and surgeries
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and care plans
• Manage post-operative and follow-up care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
• Comply with safety protocols and OSHA standards

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong assessment and patient management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Availability to work within a community-minded, committed healthcare practice
