Pay & Benefits: - Pay Rate: $120,000 - $140,000 annually (based on experience and education)

What You’ll Do: - Perform independent medical acts within scope of APRN licensure in outpatient primary care
- Provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to individuals, families, and groups
- Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and staff
- Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant clinical environment
- Support daily operations and participate in ongoing professional development
- Work within the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital / Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation medical group
What You Need: - Vermont APRN licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care or related setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
