Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $120,000 - $140,000 annually (based on experience and education)

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform independent medical acts within scope of APRN licensure in outpatient primary care
  • Provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to individuals, families, and groups
  • Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and overall wellness
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and staff
  • Educate patients and families to support informed healthcare decisions
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant clinical environment
  • Support daily operations and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Work within the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital / Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation medical group

What You Need:
  • Vermont APRN licensure
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care or related setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
