What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urinary infections
- Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including pre- and post-operative care
- Provide hospital and ER consultations, collaborating with team members across specialties
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Document patient interactions accurately, adhering to hospital policies and standards
- Participate in quality improvement activities and ongoing professional development
- Work closely with an established urology team in a single-site, community hospital setting
What You Need
- Current and valid medical license in Vermont
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Minimum 1-year post-residency Urology experience
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
