Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Eligible (BE or BC) in Hematology/Oncology
- Outpatient medical oncology experience with adults
- Proficiency with the EPIC electronic health record system
- KY medical license or IMLC-compatible licensing
- DEA certification for Kentucky
- Ability to work a minimum of 1 week per month, with flexibility for up to 4 weeks
- Strong communication and patient management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous inpatient experience or willingness to provide inpatient coverage
- Experience with night or weekend call coverage
- Additional certifications in oncology or related fields
- Multidisciplinary collaboration skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in medical oncology, specifically GI, GU, Breast, and Lung cancers
- Prior outpatient practice experience
- Epic EMR familiarity; new grads with Epic experience encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start by August 17, 2026
- Credentialing timeframe of approximately 90-120 days; no interim or emergency privileges
- Willingness to travel for licensure or certification reimbursement when applicable
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
