Shift Hours: 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday day shift with call 

Emplify Health by Bellin's Ear, Nose & Throat, located in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin, is a regional practice employing four Otolaryngologists, six APCs, and seven Audiologists covering Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. You would be joining a clinic that is well equipped with microscopes in each exam room, fiber optic laryngoscopes, and two in-clinic surgical procedure rooms. All charting is done electronically, inpatient and outpatient. Bellin Hospital is equipped for all ENT procedures, including equipment with the latest technologies. Our recruitment efforts, to incorporate another Otolaryngologist onto the team, are due to growth and patient demand. Practice Details:

• Brand new Surgical Specialty Center office space
• Full-time practice, Monday-Friday 
• Potential outreach to northern region
• City wide call schedule currently 1:11
• Clinic averages around 6,000 visits per year
• Average surgical volume is 3,000 cases per year 
• Epic with remote access from home 
• Stable group and tenured practice that is well-known in the area 
• Bread and butter ENT (including thyroids and parotids)
• Room for fellowship sub-specialization (Otology, Head/Neck, and more)
• Clinic and surgical balance with about two days in the OR 
• Practice population approximately 30% pediatrics and 70% general adult 
• Regional audiology staffed with six audiologists 
• Two-year salary guarantee 
• Base salary plus production and performance bonus 
• CME of $5,000 per fiscal year with 80 hours of time off to conduct CMT 
• Contracted time off 264 hours

• MD or DO
