What You’ll Do
- Provide OB/GYN coverage for inpatient needs during assigned night shifts
- Manage calls as part of 24-hour beeper call coverage
- Handle an expected 1–3 deliveries per shift
- Respond to patient care needs with an average of 8–12 callback hours per shift
- Coordinate with the hospital team to support labor and delivery workflow
- Document and manage care using Cerner
- Contribute to continuity of care across scheduled coverage blocks
What You Need
Required
- Board Certification: BC or BE in OB/GYN
- License: Arizona (AZ) license required or IMLC LOQ in hand
- DEA: Required
- Experience: At least 1 year
Preferred
- Strong comfort with high-acuity inpatient OB/GYN coverage and call-based workflow
- Familiarity working within a large hospital EMR environment (e.g., Cerner)
