What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support a team of 3–4 APPs in an inpatient rehab setting
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient-centered rehabilitation plans
- Lead and contribute to team conferences to support ongoing care planning and progress tracking
- Provide physician oversight for an inpatient rehab unit with a maximum census of 33
- Support a robust consultation service caring for 25–40 patients
- Manage a patient population primarily with neurologic diagnoses (including stroke and TBI)
- Deliver inpatient rehabilitation care without outpatient responsibilities

About the Assignment
This role is at an inpatient rehab hospital attached to a leading facility in Wilmington, NC, with a maximum census of 33 inpatient rehab patients. You’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team while supervising 3–4 APPs, leading team conferences, and providing oversight for both inpatient rehab and a consultation service serving neurologic diagnoses such as stroke and TBI. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with no outpatient responsibilities.
