Physician - Pediatrics

We are currently looking for a BC/BE Pediatrician to join our private practice in Gainesville, FL . This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated physician to join a well-established practice and play a key role in our continued growth.

• Work alongside an esteemed nurse practitioner and a dedicated team of support staff in a practice with an excellent reputation and deep patient loyalty.
• Direct full-scope pediatric primary care and acute care from newborn to 21 years old.
• Highly collaborative, supportive work environment focused on shared clinical decision-making and patient-centered care. The practice functions as a cohesive, mission-driven team that highly values peer-to-peer collaboration and long-term patient relationships.
• Highly favorable scheduling with flexible part-time or full-time hours, offering a work week tailored specifically to support an optimal work-life balance.
• Fluency or high proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
