  • License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in MA; Neonatology or Critical Care Certification preferred
  • Experience: At least 2 years in Neonatal ICU or Critical Care settings

What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert neonatal and critical care to critically ill newborns in a busy ICU setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and adjust treatments as necessary
  • Communicate clearly with families and healthcare team members
  • Document patient care accurately within electronic health records
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations
  • Support coverage needs including nights and weekends

What You Need
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
  • Certification in Neonatology or Critical Care preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in NICU or ICU environment
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
