What You’ll Do - Provide expert neonatal and critical care to critically ill newborns in a busy ICU setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and adjust treatments as necessary
- Communicate clearly with families and healthcare team members
- Document patient care accurately within electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations
- Support coverage needs including nights and weekends
What You Need - Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Certification in Neonatology or Critical Care preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in NICU or ICU environment
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
