Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $150/hour during orientation, competitive pay package thereafter
- Weekly Pay Schedule via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient care to hospitalized patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Collaborate effectively with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and follow-up care
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards
- Participate in after-hours and on-call responsibilities as needed
What You Need:
- Active medical license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a hospitalist or in inpatient medicine
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- BLS, ACLS certifications (preferred)
