• DAX Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician for a locum tenens opportunity with the Indian Health Service in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent chance to provide care to an underserved patient population in need while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

Details:

• 4 - Ten hour shifts per week, no weekends required (No call required)
• 15-20 patients per day (Adults Only)
• Travel and lodging arrangements provided
• Outpatient only

Support:
Physicians, mid-level providers, RNs, and specialty support available

Requirements: 
Board Certified FP or IM
Any active U.S. state license accepted
BLS (American Heart Association)
DEA required (fee paid, Schedules 2-5)
