As a system medical director, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization. Career Details 

  • Collaborate with nursing leadership and hospital administration
  • Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
  • Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
  • Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $221/hour to $378/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% practice-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional leadership stipend included. Additional leadership stipend included.

  • 275-bed acute care hospital is part of the Adventist HealthCare System
  • Medical staff of over 1,000 Physicians
  • Construction is underway for a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite (estimated to open in 2026)
  • The hospital offers a Behavioral Health Unit with dedicated pediatric beds
  • The hospital has a robust NICU and inpatient pediatrics unit

    • 40 hours of Physician coverage
