- Provide anesthesia-first assist coverage during gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures
- Support the surgeon during inpatient OR cases in a busy hospital environment
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Document procedures accurately using Cerner/Oracle EMR system
- Maintain safe practices in a Level 3 Trauma setting
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and hospital staff
- Adhere to all protocols and standards for in-hospital gynecological surgeries
- Valid NP or PA license with First Assist certification and robot experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in gynecological surgery, robotics preferred
- Ability to work independently under the supervision of the surgeon during cases
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
- No need to obtain NJ licensing; licensed provider required
This opportunity is based at a leading hospital in Atlantic City, NJ, providing collaborative inpatient surgical services in a Level 3 Trauma Center. You’ll be part of a dedicated team performing 2–6 gynecological surgeries daily, including robotic procedures, contributing to excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
