- Assist with patient follow-up calls and documentation (callbacks not included in phone calls)
- Maintain compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Active pediatric healthcare license and certifications (state-specific requirements)
- Prior experience in outpatient pediatrics preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to schedule changes
