- Solo pediatrician role joining 4 family medicine doctors and 4 mid-levels
- See 15 - 18 patients per day in a traditional practice setting
- Call schedule is 1:4 with 1 weekend per month
- C-section and delivery coverage required; newborn stabilization experience needed
