Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit, integrated health care delivery system, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Walk-In Clinic team in the Willamette Valley of Oregon (cities include: Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon and Sweet Home).

This unique hybrid position offers a blend of in-person care in our walk-in clinics and the flexibility of working from home providing telehealth visits, giving providers the opportunity to enjoy both patient-facing and remote care settings.

Position Highlights

  • Hybrid role: Combination of on-site walk-in clinic shifts and remote telehealth visits from home
  • Three shifts per week
  • One weekend per month
  • Average 25–35 patients per day (in-clinic) with double-provider coverage
  • Average 3–4 telehealth patients per hour when working remotely

Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years experience in walk-in/urgent care, telehealth, or emergency medicine 
  • Comfortable providing care in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Eligible to work in the United States
