Join a well-established ICU team consisting of 2 physicians and 4 advanced practice clinicians. This position offers a 7-on/7-off schedule, providing a predictable lifestyle and meaningful time off between rotations.

This is a well-supported ICU with manageable patient volumes, strong APC and specialty support, and a collaborative environment built for long-term success. During your clinical weeks, you'll focus on rounding, admissions, and discharges while working alongside an experienced care team.

For physicians interested in growing beyond the bedside, there are future opportunities to become involved in leadership initiatives and potentially step into a formal leadership role as the program continues to grow.
