Were seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established outpatient team - someone who values relationship-based care, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact for patients every day.

- Call schedule: 1:4
- 1:1 CMA/LPN support

Qualifications
- Current Virginia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- PA-C certification required for Physician Assistants
- FNP or AGPCNP board certification required for Nurse Practitioners
- BLS required; ACLS required
- Experience preferred; new graduates acceptable
- Strong communication skills and commitment to team-based care
