The Section of Neonatology of the Childrens Hospital at Dartmouth- Hitchcock (CHaD) is seeking a per diem Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Neonatologists. The Neonatal APPs staff a 30-bed Level III Intensive Care Nursery in Lebanon, NH.The Intensive Care Nursery in Lebanon is a full-service level III (no corrective cardiac surgery or ECMO) nursery with a pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship training program as well as a maternal-fetal medicine program providing referral service for the entire state of New Hampshire. Both the Intensive Care Nursery and Special Care Nursery are active participants in the Vermont-Oxford Network.The ideal candidate will provide expert care across the spectrum of neonatal illnesses, from acute/critical to intermediate and chronic care, embracing the philosophy of family-centered care. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
- National specialty certification as an Acute Care ANP, Acute Care PNP or NNP; or Certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRNs only)
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
- BLS certification
- ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP as appropriate
