Certified Nurse Midwife - Obstetrics & Gynecology

HEADLINE: Chicago, IL (Pilsen area): Three to four Midwives are needed to join a large, well-established and nationally regarded Community Health Organization. 22 hrs of clinic, Clinic Volume: 20-24 patients a day, Call: 7 (24 hour) calls per month. Deliveries per month:  25 to 40.  Starting Salary range: $ 110,000 to $135,000 based on experience. This Community Health Organization is also providing and covering the cost of many excellent fringe benefits.

PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:

• Established about thirty-five years ago, this large and nationally regarded Community Health Organization needs to recruit several BE/BC Nurse Midwives.
  
  
  
• Because they need to recruit several Midwives, they plan to interview both bi-lingual and fluent in both Spanish and English, and also non-Spanish speaking Midwives. 
  
  

• They will need to service a diverse patient population.  It also includes a large Latino community all within the Chicago metro area.
  
  

• They are very committed to assisting families with a limited access to healthcare. 
  
  

• The offices are very modern and equipped with a Lab, Ultrasound and X-ray equipment.

• WORK SCHEDULE:

• 22 hrs clinic

• Clinic:   20 - 24 patients per day
  
  
  
• Call Schedule:  7  (24 Hours) calls per month
  
  
  
• 25 to 40 Deliveries Per Month with the BE/BC Midwives performing 15 to 20 of those births
  
  

• Availability:  Midwives who are available to start working during  2026 (ideal) and 2027, as well as Midwives who already have work experience are all welcome to apply and will all be seriously considered!
  
  

FINANCIAL COMPENSATION:

• Compensation:   Starting Base Salary range: $110,000 to $135,000
