- Ideal Work Environment: New $6 million purpose-built Emergency Department. 10 private rooms, 2 dedicated trauma bays, drive-through ambulance bay, and on-site helipad
- Work?Life Balance: Flexibility between 5-7 shifts per month = 281-305 days off annually
- Optimal Patient Volume: Average 24-28 patients per 24-hour shift
- Culture & Support: APPs covering 10:30 AM-10:30 PM daily, 2 RNs on all shifts, Gen Surg trauma backup, Hospitalist, OB/GYN and Pediatrics for Admissions, eCARE virtual support for intensivist/specialist consults
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Strong MGMA guaranteed annual base salary

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certification: BC or BE in Emergency Medicine. FM physicians with 5+ years of ED experience considered
- Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
- Requirements: ATLS certification; Acute Stroke Ready experience preferred
