The Section head for the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Clinic will serve as a clinical and administrative leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with TBI. This leadership role requires a physician with expertise in TBI who is committed to advancing interdisciplinary care, clinical excellence, and program development. This position combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, offering an opportunity to influence both clinical operations and long-term strategic initiatives within the organization. This is a unique opportunity to practice within a state-of-the-art neurosciences infrastructure, including Cleveland Clinics newly enhanced and technologically advanced neurology and neurosurgery spaces 

Position Overview  

The Section head will guide clinical strategy, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include neurologists, physiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, rehabilitation therapists, nurses, and case managers. This individual will also play a key role in shaping the vision and growth of the clinic, fostering innovation in TBI care, and improving patient outcomes through coordinated rehabilitation services. This position entails developing collaborations between relevant centers and departments, particularly Neurology and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This position combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, offering an opportunity to influence both clinical operations and long-term strategic initiatives within the organization.
