Physician - Dermatology

Qualifications:
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of Dermatology Residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD).
Active and unrestricted State Medical license (or ability to obtain).
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and state CDS registrations for prescription writing.
