MercyOne Iowa Heart is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Vascular Surgeon to join its thriving practice in Des Moines, IA. As part of Iowas leading community-based Cardiovascular Program, you'll provide advanced vascular care in a program recognized as a regional leader in quality outcomes, with results validated by the VQI/SVS National Registry.

Opportunity Highlights

Join a team of 7 Physicians and 7 APPs

Average clinic volume of 12-14 patients per day

Equitable PV call

2 clinic days and 3 procedure days

Procedural case mix consisting of all aspects of Vascular Surgical Care including open and endovascular procedures

Surgery Residency teaching opportunity

Shared outreach opportunities 2 day/month

Clinical Trials participation

Initial income guarantee of $575,715

$150,000 recruitment incentive

Paid malpractice with tail coverage

403B with match and 457B savings plan
