Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Relocation assistance: $48,000.
- CME allowance: $5,000 annually.
- Time away: 22 vacation days, 12 sick days, 10 paid holidays, paid parental leave, and CME time as applicable under University/Banner policies.

Qualifications:
- US board certification in cardiothoracic surgery is required; Royal College of Surgeons board certification may be considered with medical staff approval.
- Demonstrated excellence in adult cardiac surgery; interest or experience in complex aortic surgery, robotics, and/or congenital heart disease is desirable.
- Academic credentials sufficient to support faculty appointment within the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson.
- Clinical educator profile acceptable; robust research funding is welcomed but not required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort leading growth, change management, and service line expansion.
