Bluegrass Orthopedics (BGO) is the state’s leading provider of expert musculoskeletal care which serves the needs of its patients through a team of highly trained sub-specialists who are committed to the independent practice of medicine. Located in Lexington, Kentucky, BGO has 12 sub-specialty physicians, 16 mid-level providers, 5 main office locations and 2 satellites, MRI facilities, outpatient surgery center, and 5 rehabilitation suites.

Our spine center, located in our Hamburg office, is comprised of (2) physicians, (2) mid-level providers, and it is the expectation to hire a physiatrist for interventional procedures in the near term. In-office imaging is available at this location with a 1.5T MRI. We have an RFA machine, as well as (2) injection suites, and a C-Arm and table. Utilizing the C Arm, our Physicians also perform kyphoplasties at this location, and the pain management team performs weekly ESI clinics.

BGO provides care to patients throughout the Bluegrass and Southern Kentucky Region. We provide care for an immediate drawing area of approximately 630,000+ in the surrounding counties and an additional 500,000+ in our satellite catchment areas.
