Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance:True Monday through Thursday 8am-5pm family medicine schedule with no Friday, weekend, or holiday clinic hours.
- Desirable Practice Setting:100% outpatient family medicine practice with no hospital rounding, no inpatient responsibilities, and no ER coverage; private office, two dedicated exam rooms, and a dedicated MA.
- Ideal Work Environment:Residential-style clinic design (no fluorescent lighting, no white coats, no titles) built for equitable, conversational patient care.
- No After-Hours Work:No call, no after-hours coverage, and no weekend responsibilities of any kind.
- Culture & Support:Join a collaborative, non-hierarchical family medicine team, including a dedicated APP and MA support, serving an approximately 95% LGBTQ patient population.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary:$375,000 guaranteed base salary.
- Additional Bonus Incentives:+$100,000 annual productivity bonus

Qualifications:
- Degree:M.D. from an accredited medical school.
- Certifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a closely aligned specialty; AAHIVM certification preferred.
- Licensure: Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain one prior to start) and current DEA registration required.
- Skillset/Experience: Minimum 2 years of outpatient family medicine or primary care experience preferred, with documented experience serving LGBTQ patients, including HIV treatment, PrEP management, and sexual health care.
