Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: 0.2 FTE and call coverage 6 weeks per year
- Schedule: Regular schedule will be one day a week (Wednesdays) 8-4:30pm
- Will also provide PTO coverage on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as needed
- Location: Lacks Cancer Center Grand Rapids, MI
- Specialty: Palliative Care
- Hospital Info: Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
- Team Size: Will work alongside a physician and 3 nurse navigators
- Call Requirements: Call coverage 6 weeks per year

Requirements
- Experience only
- Board certified prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
