Omni Eye Services NY & NJ (OOMC) is seeking a dedicated Glaucoma Opthalmologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Glaucoma Opthalmologist who enjoys practicing in a collaborative, medically focused setting alongside experienced ophthalmologists and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive ophthalmologic evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Perform cataract, glaucoma, and anterior segment surgeries as applicable.
- Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, technicians, and administrative teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and an exceptional patient experience.
- Educate patients on ocular health, treatment options, and preventative strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Maintain precise and compliant medical documentation while adhering to the highest clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Remain current with advancements in optometric care, diagnostic technologies, and treatment modalities to continually elevate clinical quality.
- The role involves providing comprehensive ophthalmologic care, performing a wide range of diagnostic and surgical procedures, and managing existing patients from a robust referral base.
Job Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Active or eligible state licensure in New York and New Jersey
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused mindset
