Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care - Hudsonville team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm
- Location:3925 32nd Ave Ste 300 Hudsonville, MI 49426
- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient
- Team Size:5 providers, 3 triage nurses, 3 Front Office Staff, 9 Medical Assistants, 1 Clinical Pharmacist, 1 Care Manager
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements: Phone Call only. 1-2 weeknights a quarter and two 12 hour weekend call shift a year.

Requirements
- Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
