What You’ll Do
- Perform orthopedic hand surgeries utilizing advanced technology and microscopes
- Manage a high-volume outpatient practice with an established referral network
- Collaborate with supporting advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Participate in patient consultations, follow-ups, and discharge planning
- Contribute to teaching and mentorship with residents and fellows
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Louisiana
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Prior experience in hand surgery preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
