What You’ll Do:

• Provide OB/GYN coverage including deliveries, labor, and postpartum care
• Manage approximately 120 deliveries per month, about 65% of all deliveries at the facility
• Conduct VBACs and perform C-sections as needed
• Collaborate with midwives and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize Epic EHR (strongly preferred) for documentation and patient management
• Provide a high standard of patient care within a busy labor and delivery unit
• Stay at a hotel until called in for shifts, with orientation rate no more than 60% of hourly rate

What You Need:

• Valid OB ABMS or AOA certification
• Comfortable working with Midwives
• Experience with VBACs and cesarean sections
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment
