Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Syracuse Area, NY

• Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends
• Round-and-go model in post-acute and long-term care settings
• Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and behavioral health care for older adults
• W-2 position with $150K–$200K+ plus productivity

• PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C | New York license and DEA (or eligible)
