- Support on-call shifts for pediatric emergencies and urgent care needs
- Stay current with medical best practices and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training
- Active Wisconsin Medical License
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 4 consecutive 24-hour shifts per month
