- Hours per Week: Full-time, 7 days per month minimum commitment

- Experience: Orthopedic/Hand Surgery experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $2,646.50 per week (equivalent to hourly rate)

What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized surgical care in orthopedic hand surgery within a hospital setting
- Handle emergency and scheduled procedures during assigned shifts
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Cover call duties including 4 hours of complimentary call per day with callback compensation afterward
- Maintain and demonstrate compliance with facility protocols and standards
- Participate in on-call rotations and ensure availability for urgent cases
What You Need
Required: - Valid Idaho medical license or IMLC credential
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with specialization in Hand Surgery
- Experience in hand and upper extremity surgeries preferred
- Ability to commit to at least 7 consecutive days per month
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred: - Previous hospital-based surgical experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
