  • Experience: Orthopedic/Hand Surgery experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $2,646.50 per week (equivalent to hourly rate)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized surgical care in orthopedic hand surgery within a hospital setting
  • Handle emergency and scheduled procedures during assigned shifts
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Cover call duties including 4 hours of complimentary call per day with callback compensation afterward
  • Maintain and demonstrate compliance with facility protocols and standards
  • Participate in on-call rotations and ensure availability for urgent cases
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Idaho medical license or IMLC credential
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with specialization in Hand Surgery
  • Experience in hand and upper extremity surgeries preferred
  • Ability to commit to at least 7 consecutive days per month
  • Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred:
  • Previous hospital-based surgical experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
