What You'll Do:
- Provide inpatient orthopaedic hand surgery coverage during call shifts
- Respond to emergency cases requiring specialized hand surgical intervention
- Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure patient care continuity
- Participate in on-call assessments, consultations, and post-procedure follow-up as needed
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and medical standards
- Document patient encounters thoroughly and accurately
What You Need:
- Active medical license in Washington
- DEA certification
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery; fellowship in Hand Surgery required
- Prior inpatient/urgent care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
