- License/Certifications: IL State license, BC in Internal Medicine or Endocrinology, BLS required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Provide outpatient endocrine care for adult patients with common conditions such as thyroid disorders, diabetes, and pituitary issues
- Perform thyroid FNAs and other minor procedures
- Review and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Collaborate with support staff including RN, diabetes educator, dietitian, and APP
- Manage a patient load of approximately 12–15 adults and geriatrics
- Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment
What You Need:
- MD or DO with BC in Endocrinology (preferred)
- Illinois medical license or eligibility
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work solo with support
