Excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the highly desirable Desert Ridge area of North Phoenix. We are actively recruiting for a dynamic FNP to join our collaborative, multi-specialty primary care team. Position Highlights
- Full-time, outpatient primary care serving patients of all ages - newborns to seniors
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management
- Flexible schedule with four 10-hour shifts available
- On-site labs and integrated Behavioral Health services
- Dedicated Medical Assistant and strong clinic support
- Collaborative physician and leadership team
- Candidates will manage and grow their own dedicated patient panel

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of post-training experience in primary care or a similar setting required
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
- Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
- CPR and BLS certifications required
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
