Physician - Family Medicine

Partnership Health Center, a mission-driven community health center in Missoula, Montana, is recruiting an experienced Family Medicine physician leader for a full-time Medical Director role.

Position Highlights:

• 50/50 structure: 2 days/week clinic, 2 days/week Medical Director administrative and leadership work.
• 100% outpatient clinical time no inpatient call or hospital rounding.
• Meaningful leadership scope: clinical, quality, operational, and medical staff committee leadership.
• Epic EMR with MyChart and ambient documentation (DAX) support.
• Teaching and precepting opportunities with the Family Medicine Residency of Western Montana, plus quality-improvement and population-health involvement.
• Multidisciplinary team with integrated behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and care management on site.

Candidate Profile

MD or DO, Board Eligible/Certified in Family Medicine, active BLS, with at least 5 years of clinical experience ideally 2+ years in a leadership role. FQHC experience is helpful but not required; we're looking for a collaborative physician leader.
