- Hourly Rate: Average callback at $500/hour; 24-hour call compensation up to $5,600

- Provide urology consultations for clinic patients, managing a minimum of 17 patients daily
- Attend to hospital emergencies and admissions during on-call hours
- Perform outpatient surgical procedures such as circumcision, cystoscopy, hydrocele repair, and prostate biopsies
- Collaborate with clinic staff and support teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to facility protocols
- Participate in on-call duties, including 24-hour call shifts, and manage surgical schedules
- Valid Oregon medical license and board certification in Urology
- Previous experience with procedures listed (e.g., cystoscopy, prostate biopsy) preferred
- Ability to handle a high-volume practice with professionalism
- Strong skills in patient communication, teamwork, and surgical support
- Required procedures: No Da Vinci robotics; emphasis on basic urological surgeries
