Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: Average callback at $500/hour; 24-hour call compensation up to $5,600

What You’ll Do
  • Provide urology consultations for clinic patients, managing a minimum of 17 patients daily
  • Attend to hospital emergencies and admissions during on-call hours
  • Perform outpatient surgical procedures such as circumcision, cystoscopy, hydrocele repair, and prostate biopsies
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and support teams to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to facility protocols
  • Participate in on-call duties, including 24-hour call shifts, and manage surgical schedules
What You Need
  • Valid Oregon medical license and board certification in Urology
  • Previous experience with procedures listed (e.g., cystoscopy, prostate biopsy) preferred
  • Ability to handle a high-volume practice with professionalism
  • Strong skills in patient communication, teamwork, and surgical support
  • Required procedures: No Da Vinci robotics; emphasis on basic urological surgeries
